heckler(pronounced "Heckler") is the most valuable asset the bullboard has. While some people claim that 1eye has taken his crown, his many loyalists retain that 1eye has only become more valuable becasue he wasn't banned, and that there was no heckler at the time to compare him to.

His Looks
Heckler is often regarded as God's magnum opus. His stands at a majestic 7 feet tall, and his face has the same proportions as Michealangelo's Mona Lisa. According to Finnish lore, every time he smiles, A Swede has an oragasm. His chest is chiseled with precision and care, drawing many comparisons to the ancient Egyptian sphinx. He once showed up at an elderly woman's funeral, and she opened her eyes momentarily just to get once last glimpse as his face.
His Personality
Heckler is an enigma. To know him is to love him. Those who were still able to talk after falling victim to his Medusa-like smile have described him as "cool" and "suave."
His Political Views
Heckler is extemely opposed to censorship in all forms. If he wishes to post five consequtive links to scat porn, he believes that he should be able to do so. This has caused opposition to him by such people as moderator.
